Containerized Equipment

Initially, our processing and storage equipment will be containerized. We plan to rent a space and construct this equipment away from our main farm site.

Our members possess a diverse set of skills that will contribute to the development of these processing centers. From farm feed to hatcheries, and from bakeries to butcher shops and chicken processing, everything is designed to be cost-effective from the outset. We will require welders, electricians, carpenters, refrigeration technicians, heavy equipment operators, and other partners to complete these containerized solutions and deploy them on the farm. Once installed, the operational cost per square foot is significantly lower than traditional brick-and-mortar sites. These units do not require building permits; the only necessary permit is for connecting utilities.

Containers can be built to fit most farm needs

The farm needs to construct these processing centers and have them delivered. These units will streamline the permitting time since they are considered equipment and will be placed on farm property, thus simplifying the process. They can be utilized for a wide range of purposes, and if we ensure they are aesthetically pleasing, it’s more likely we’ll encounter minimal resistance.
