Managing Partnerships

Each department will have a designated head or manager. Every sector of the farm will operate as an autonomous entity, with the aim of providing individuals the chance to embark on or advance in a business model as though they were the proprietors. The profit-sharing will be substantial enough to regard this as either a part-time role or, depending on sales, a lucrative full-time position. While the farm board and steering committee retain overall authority over the farm’s. departments, they will allow departments to function independently with competent management. Managers will show themselves by actions. They must apply first to the steering committee, once approved by them it will go to the board for a vote.
