Napa Valley Farm
Food & Farm Co-op

We are not a Grocery Store, We are a community building a farming future for Napa Valley

Stage 1 – Build a food distribution system and a thriving Community

Stage 2 – Build the world’s most efficient and sustainable Farm System so everyone can afford to enjoy real food from Napa for Napa.

NVF is building a stronger local food system that is designed with Senior Food Security forefront — requires partners, members, and investment.

Here’s exactly what we need right now:
1. Partners
We are looking for people who want to actively participate in the day-to-day operation of Napa Valley Farm.
In time we hope to offer paid positions. Right now we can offer sweat-equity roles and special participating-member pricing.
We especially need long-term sweat-equity partners to help manage the food side of the business.
2. Members
Membership is only $5 per week (less than a cup of coffee) and includes the option of 1 share of NVF stock.
We need two types of members:
  • Weekly Shoppers – Members who want to shop with us regularly. We currently stock common, everyday products designed with seniors in mind.
  • Future Builders – Members who understand we don’t yet carry every product they want, but who believe in our vision and want to help us reach the farm stage. As we grow, we will add products from hyper-local farms such as Stemple Creek and local produce growers.
Seniors receive a 5% discount on all purchases and pay no membership fee.
3. Investment Needed (We will always be actively seeking investment for projects)

Current Projects

Angel Capital – $50,000 –  Packout Facility & Kiosk Project
We need to raise $50,000 to restructure the company for further investment. This capital will be used to build a new 2,000 sq ft facility that will serve as both a packing warehouse and a small kiosk where members can pick up orders or select their own products.
Debt or Angel Capital – $200,000 – Mobile Retial Trailers
We are seeking investors to build two mobile retail grocery trailers. These trailers will bring the store directly to senior living facilities and other communities (Berryessa Highlands, Hopland, Calistoga, St. Helena, and beyond).
The trailers will be stocked with everyday essentials. Anything else can be ordered through our app and delivered with the trailers.
People want convenience and cost-effectiveness above all — these mobile stores deliver both.
